Pill Pairs
Drop two-colour pills into a bottle and line up four of a colour to wipe out every virus before the bottle fills.
How to play
- A pill with two coloured halves falls into the bottle. Move it left or right, rotate it, and drop it.
- Line up four or more halves of one colour in a row or a column to clear them, viruses included.
- Clear every virus to finish the level. Each new level adds more viruses and falls a little faster.
- If the pills stack up to the top of the bottle, the game is over.
Tips and strategy
- Aim pills at viruses of the same colour. A pill half sitting next to a virus is a good start.
- When one half of a pill is cleared, the other half drops. Plan for that to set up chains.
- Work from the top viruses down, so you do not bury them under pills.
- Use the fall faster button when the way is clear to save time.

- What are the keyboard controls?
- Arrow keys move, Up or X rotates, Down falls faster, and Space drops the pill at once.
- How is the score worked out?
- Each virus is worth 100 points, multiplied by the length of the chain it was part of. Other cleared halves score 10 each.
