Piece Together
Rebuild a hand-drawn scene from shuffled jigsaw pieces. Pick a piece, tap its slot, and watch the picture come together. A new scene every day.
How to play
- A scene has been cut into a grid of pieces and shuffled in the tray. Tap a piece to pick it up.
- Tap the empty slot where you think it belongs. A correct piece locks into place, a wrong one is a misfit and stays in the tray.
- Stuck? Use Hint to highlight the slot for the piece you are holding. Misfits plus hints are your slips.
- Finish with as few slips as you can. The daily puzzle is a four by four scene, and practice mode offers three, four or five pieces per side.
Tips and strategy
- Every piece has its own scatter of sparkle dots, so match the dots and the colours along the edges.
- Start with the sky and the ground. Horizon lines are the easiest rows to place.
- Before you place a piece, say which row and column you think it is. Guessing blindly costs slips.
- Use the full scene as a map: the sun, windows and hills sit in the same spot every time you play.
FAQ
- What counts as a slip?
- Every misfit (a wrong placement) and every hint you use. Fewer slips earns a better grade.
- Is the daily scene the same for everyone?
- Yes. The scene and the shuffled order are the same worldwide and change at 00:00 UTC.
- Does the game use photos?
- No. Every scene is drawn in code, so it loads instantly and works offline.
