Group Pop

Preview a group of matching tiles, pop it, and watch the board collapse to the left. Big groups score by the square, and you get three undos.

How to play

Tap a tile to select its whole group of touching same-coloured tiles. A group needs at least two tiles.
Tap the highlighted group again to pop it. Tiles above fall down, and any empty column is squeezed out so the board slides left.
A group of n tiles scores n times n, so one group of ten beats five groups of two. Clear the entire board for a 1000 point bonus.
The game ends when no two matching tiles touch. You have three undos per board, and three board sizes to choose from.

Leave the big colour for last. Popping small groups around it can join separate patches into one large group.
Work from the left or the right edge so columns collapse in a way you can predict.
Every tile has a shape as well as a colour, so you can play without telling the colours apart.
Save undos for a pop that accidentally splits a large group into two small ones.

Why do I have to tap twice?: The first tap shows the group and its score, so you can check it before you commit. This also avoids accidental pops on a phone.
Do diagonal tiles count as touching?: No. Tiles only join up, down, left and right.
How is my best score saved?: The highest final score is stored in your browser for each board size separately.
