Wall Run
Race your pawn across a small board while dropping walls to slow the computer, in a quick take on the classic corridor game.
How to play
- You start at the bottom and must reach any square on the top row. The computer runs the other way.
- On your turn either step your pawn one square, or place one of your six walls to block a gap between squares.
- Walls can never fully seal a pawn in. There must always be a path to the goal row.
- Pawns can jump over each other when they meet face to face. First to reach the far row wins.
Tips and strategy
- Count both distances before each move. Place a wall only when it costs the computer more steps than it costs you.
- Save a few walls for the end, when a single block can add several steps.
- A wall next to the edge of the board often forces a long detour.
- Use Hint to see a suggested move for the current position.

- Why can't I place a wall there?

- Is my streak saved?
- Your best win streak is stored on this device in your browser only.
