Colour Gate
Your orb changes colour as you play. Steer into the matching section of every gate that sweeps down the track, and get one wrong and the run is over.
How to play
- Gates scroll down the track, each split into four coloured sections. Your orb shows the colour you need.
- Steer left or right so the orb is inside a section of its own colour when the gate reaches it.
- Pass the gate and the orb takes the colour of the next gate. Pass a wrong section and the run ends.
- Every gate passed is a point. The track speeds up as your score grows.
Tips and strategy
- Look at the next gate before you pass the current one. The colours above you tell you where to go.
- Every gate has exactly one section of the colour you need, so find it early and head straight for it.
- Every colour also has a shape: circle, square, triangle and diamond, so you can play without relying on colour.
- Aim for the middle of a section, not its edge, and stop steering once you are lined up.

- How do I move the orb?
- Hold the left and right buttons, use the arrow keys or A and D, or touch and drag across the track.
- Can a gate have two right sections?
- No. Each gate has exactly one section in your colour, though the other three can repeat a colour between them.
- Is it playable if I am colour blind?
- Yes. Each colour has its own shape drawn on the section and on the orb, and the colour name is printed under the board.
