Blob Chain
Pairs of blobs fall into a well. Line up four of a colour to pop them, then let the blobs above drop to set off chain reactions that multiply your score.
How to play
- Each piece is a pair of blobs. Move it left or right, turn it, and drop it into the six column well.
- Four or more blobs of one colour that touch up, down, left or right pop together.
- When blobs pop, the ones above fall. If they form a new group of four, that is a chain and it scores far more.
- The game ends when the well fills up at the middle top. Pick a speed before you start.
Tips and strategy
- Build a staircase on one side and keep the other side clear, then trigger the bottom group to start a long chain.
- Space drops a piece instantly, Down moves it one row. Use soft drops while you are still planning.
- Check the Next preview before you place the current pair.
- Each blob also has a symbol, so you can play without relying on colour.

- How does chain scoring work?
- Each step of a chain is worth more than the last, so a three step chain beats three separate pops by a wide margin.
- Can I pause?
- Yes, press P or use the Pause button. The pieces freeze until you resume.
- Do I need a keyboard?
- No. On phones the on screen buttons move, turn and drop the piece.
