Trivia Ladder
Climb ten rungs of general-knowledge questions, from easy to hard. One wrong answer ends the climb unless you spend a lifeline wisely. A new ladder daily.
How to play
- Answer a multiple-choice question to climb one rung. The ladder has ten rungs: three easy, four medium and three hard.
- A wrong answer ends the climb and shows you the correct one. Your score is the number of rungs you cleared.
- You get three lifelines, each usable once: 50/50 removes two wrong answers, Swap replaces the current question, and Safety net forgives your next wrong answer.
- The daily ladder is the same for everyone and resets at 00:00 UTC. Practice ladders are random and do not touch your daily stats.
Tips and strategy
- Save the Safety net for the hard rungs. Early questions rarely need it.
- Swap works best when you do not recognise a question at all, not when you are merely unsure.
- Eliminate answers you know are wrong before using 50/50, then use it only on a genuine coin flip.
- Reloading the page will not reset your daily ladder. Your answers are saved as you go.
FAQ
- What does the Safety net do?
- If your next answer is wrong, it is forgiven once: that option is struck out and you can try again.
- Do lifelines carry between days?
- No. Each daily or practice ladder starts with all three lifelines ready.
- Where do the questions come from?
- They are original questions written for CalcoTools games, spread across easy, medium and hard tiers.
