Paddle Duel
A fast one-on-one paddle match against the computer. Angle your returns off the edge of the paddle and be first to seven.
How to play
- Press Start match, then slide your paddle left and right at the bottom of the court with the mouse, a finger or the arrow keys.
- Keep the ball in play. If it gets past the computer paddle at the top you score a point, and if it gets past you the computer scores.
- Where the ball lands on your paddle sets its angle. Hit it with the edge for a sharper return.
- The ball speeds up with every return in a rally. First to seven points wins the match.
Tips and strategy
- Return with the edge of the paddle to send the ball wide, where the computer is slowest to arrive.
- Return to the centre while you wait. It leaves you the shortest distance to either side.
- The computer paddle has a speed limit, so a fast ball at a sharp angle is hard for it to reach.
- Long rallies get fast. Stay calm and track the ball rather than the paddle.
