Bubble Burst
Aim and fire coloured bubbles to match three or more and pop them. Cut a cluster loose and the bubbles beneath fall too. A new bubble layout every day.
How to play
- Move your pointer or finger over the board to aim. A dotted guide line shows the path, including wall bounces.
- Tap or click to fire the bubble. It sticks where it lands. You can also use the arrow keys and Space.
- Three or more connected bubbles of the same colour pop. Any bubbles left hanging with no link to the ceiling fall for bonus points.
- Every five shots that pop nothing, a new row drops from the ceiling. Clear the board before the bubbles reach the line.
Tips and strategy
- Use the wall bounce to reach spots behind other bubbles.
- Aim for the bubbles that hold a cluster up. Popping the anchor drops the whole group for double points.
- Peek at the next bubble in the queue and plan two shots at a time.
- Every bubble has its own shape as well as a colour, so you can play without telling the colours apart.
FAQ
- What makes the board change?
- Every fifth shot that fails to pop anything adds a new row at the top, so waiting around makes things harder.
- Do I only get colours that are still on the board?
- Yes. The bubbles you are given only come from colours that remain, so you can never get stuck holding a colour with nothing to match.
- Is the daily layout the same for everyone?
- Yes. The starting board and the bubble sequence come from the date, so you can compare scores with friends.
