Bolt Match
Every rod is labelled with the bolt that belongs on it. Move bolts one at a time, using a spare rod to park them, until each colour is home. Endless levels.
How to play
- Each rod has a symbol at the top that shows which bolt belongs there. The spare rod has no label.
- Tap a rod to pick up its top bolt, then tap a rod with a free slot to drop it. Bolts can go on any rod, whatever colour is below.
- A level is cleared when every bolt sits on the rod labelled for it and the spare rod is empty.
- The Home counter shows how many bolts are already on the right rod.
Tips and strategy
- Use the spare rod for bolts that are blocking something you need underneath.
- Free the bottom of a rod first. A wrong bolt at the bottom blocks the whole rod.
- Plan two moves ahead. A move that raises the Home counter is not always the best one.
- Every level can be solved, and Hint shows the next move.
FAQ
- Can a bolt sit on a different colour?
- Yes. That is how you shuffle bolts around. Only the final layout needs every bolt on its own rod.
- What does the spare rod do?
- It is a parking space. It must be empty when the level ends.
- Is there a move limit?
- No. Moves are counted so you can try to beat your own total, but there is no limit.
